We will be performing scheduled maintenance across selected infrastructure components, including the servers hosting our SFTP service and the RIA Import Tool at https://ria.replicon.com. This maintenance is required to apply critical patches and help maintain the security, stability, and reliability of our services.
System Infrastructure Maintenance: All services are expected to remain generally available during the maintenance window. However, users may experience brief periods of slowness, degraded performance, or occasional intermittent failures while accessing the application.
SFTP Service: The SFTP service may experience intermittent unavailability during the maintenance window. Impacted SFTP Host: rsftp-ap1.replicon.com
RIA Import Tool: The RIA Import Tool may be intermittently unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
This maintenance is not expected to impact users’ ability to log in to or access Replicon’s core applications and services, apart from the brief intermittent performance issues noted above.
