System Infrastructure Maintenance:
All services will remain generally available during the routine maintenance window. However, users may experience brief periods of slowness (degraded performance) or occasional intermittent failures while accessing the application.

SFTP Service Maintenance:
The servers hosting our SFTP service will undergo maintenance to apply critical patches. During this time, the SFTP service may experience intermittent periods of unavailability.
